HACE Project 25-2: Alterations to JEHGA Administration Building - Office and Daycare 25-2.MC: Mechanical Construction All communications and inquiries shall be directed in writing to the attention of Dusti Dennis, Executive Director & Secretary, 606 Holland St., Erie, PA 16501. Bid security in the minimum amount often percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Insurances. HACE reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding.
