Frost/Admin PA System Replacement Project District Frost/Administration Building 1177 South Dee Road Park Ridge, IL 60068 This is a Prevailing Wage Job A ten percent (10%) bid security will be required with the bid. Bid security amount will be on the lumpsum Base Bid price only. Bidder may submit bid security as a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Owner as a guar an tee that if the Bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into, and the performance of the Contract is properly secured. Bidding contract or must be able to perform a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of proposed work with their directly employed force. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish to Owner Performance and Labor and Material Bonds inthe sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Bid, with sureties to be approved by owner. The Contract or shall be required to furnish sufficient insurance of guar an tee of indemnity to the Owner, Engineer and Engineer's Consultant(s) against any and all claims which might arise for damages to persons or property due to the negligence of himself ,his employees or agents during the construction of said improvements and until the said improvement has been finally accepted as complete by the Owner. Bidder's lump sum price shall be based on using not less than the prevailing hourly wage rate determined by the Illinois Department of Labor and comply in with the Illinois Equal Employment Opportunity laws. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding documents or procedures and to award the contract to a Bidder which best serves the interest of the Owner.
