The work is estimated to cost $1,905,000.00 Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, or, CERTIFIED, TREASURER'S OR CASHIER'S CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company and made payable to the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in the amount of 5% of the Bid price. Question Deadline 03/07/2025 at 2:00 PM ET The project expected start date is March 31st, 2025, with an on site construction start date of September 15th, 2025, a substantial completion date of January 30th, 2026 and the final completion date no later than February 27th, 2026. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Renovation to the Clean Harbors Athletic Center natatorium to provide a new Helicopter Underwater Escape Trainer (HUET), including but not limited to HUET and Hoist; structural framing; new overhead door; and Electrical Improvements. The project expected start date is March 31st, 2025, with an on site construction start date of September 15th, 2025, a substantial completion date of January 30th, 2026 and the final completion date no later than February 27th, 2026. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities
