Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Elgin, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Reconstruction of approximately 220 m of Richard Crescent from Wellington Street to Robin Road, including 185 m of 250 mm dia. sanitary sewer, 230 m of 150 mm dia. watermain, new sewer and water services, new storm sewers and three new infiltration galleries, new curb and gutter, new sidewalk, approximately 2,900 tonnes of road granulars and approximately 470 tonnes of HL3/HL4 asphalt. Reconstruction of approximately 170 m of River Street from Arlington Street to Wellington Street North, including 125 m of 200 mm dia. watermain, new water services, new storm sewers, new curb and gutter, new sidewalk, approximately 2,200 tonnes of road granulars and approximately 360 tonnes of HL3/HL4 asphalt.
