Description

Renovation of a museum in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

The project consists of a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrade, including the addition of new VRF heat pump systems and ERV's for fresh air. The contractor shall act as the general contractor and be responsible for purchase and installation of all major equipment, associated ductwork, associated electrical work, associated refrigeration work and drainage piping. The contractor shall also be responsible for the complete renewal of the existing building automation system and include for all additional points associated with integration of new equipment. The contractor will be responsible for architectural items such as cutting, patching, painting, fan coil concealment, roof curbs, exterior wall penetrations and floor modifications as needed.
