All of these areas are owned and under the jurisdiction of the Michigan Department of Transportation. The City of Wayne is seeking bids from qualified turf maintenance contractors to provide these services in conformance to the City of Wayne specifications. The successful bidder must demonstrate the ability to supply the labor, equipment, expertise, supervision, bonds & insurance and materials necessary to provide this service on demand in accordance with a schedule agreeable to the City of Wayne. A Certified Check or Surety Bond, payable to the City of Wayne, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Proposal shall be submitted with each bid.
