Site work for a water / sewer project in Charlie Lake, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
1. A Fixed Fee quote for completing the valve abandonment, replacement / installation of valves, backfilling and site restoration activities outlined in the scope of work. a. Provide a breakdown of the supply cost and installation cost for the removal of two existing gate valves complete with installation of HDPE spool piece and two couplers, replacement of existing blow off valve with 25mm air valve assembly and chamber, and installation of valve chamber with three new isolation valves located on Charlie Lake Crescent. b. Provide a breakdown of the supply cost and installation cost for the replacement of one existing air release valve with 25mm air valve assembly and chamber east of Charlie Lake Provincial Park. c. Provide a breakdown of the supply cost and installation cost for the replacement of one existing isolation valve with valve chamber and 150mm isolation valve east of Charlie Lake Provincial Park. 2. The site consists of three locations in close proximity to each other in Charlie Lake. Two locations are east of Charlie Lake Provincial Park and southeast of the Charlie Lake Golf Course, and have limited access.
