In addition, this contract provides for the construction of four, fenced pickleball courts, to include but not be limited, to temporary erosion control, selective demolition, clearing/grubbing, excavation, temporary security fencing, stormwater management facilities, crushed aggregate, cement concrete paving, asphalt paving, sport court surfacing and striping for pickleball, chain-link fencing, topsoil, tree protection landscape restoration, and all other work necessary to complete the project as specified and shown in the Contract Documents.
