Reference Number 0000377795 Delta Township is seeking bids for the Hunter's Orchard Park - Tree Removals project located off Old River Trail approximately 2,100 feet west of the intersection of Old River Trail and Webster Road in Delta Township. SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary to complete tree removal work. Trees to be cut and removed are identified on the plan sheets, shall be cut to the stump, and removed from the site. Question Deadline 03/04/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, All questions are to be directed to the Delta Township Engineer, by email, at jkleinhenz@deltami.gov No Bidder may withdraw its proposal for a period of 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the Owner and any Bidder or Bidders. Owner reserves the right to accept any Bid, to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities in the Bids, to negotiate Contract terms with the Successful Bidder, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.
