Renovation of an educational facility in Frenchtown, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid (MCA 18-2-302). Alternative proposals that meet or exceed the posted specification in efficiency, redundancy, life cycle, and cost may accompany your specified proposal along with all data necessary to support the alternate bid. This project shall be completed no later than 45 days the date of award. bids delivered or mailed must be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope; Frenchtown High School Boiler Replacement. Contractors are responsible for confirming delivery and receipt of bid envelopes by the required time in person, or by certified mail. The successful contractor must furnish a Performance Security Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Security Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. The project shall comply with Prevailing Wage Rates, Affirmative Action, Montana Gross Receipts, Montana Preference, all fair labor practices, permitting requirements, and State statutes. The Frenchtown School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any and all irregularities or informalities, determine the lowest responsible bidder, and If all bids are rejected, to re-advertise under the same or new specifications. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 30 days
