Renovation of a municipal facility in East Moriches, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
General: This scope of work encompasses remove existing roof, remove plywood, install new 1/2 " plywood over tongue and groove, install new Ice water shield for edges, valleys, vents and chimney; install under protection paper, install fiberglass base sheet with new drip edge installed with cement screws, install protective wrap, install 2 roof vents with extensions, install new flat roof with heating system and seal all openings. The scope of work will also include seal and install adaptor for 13" x 13" cap, install stainless steel chimney caps 8" X 8" and 13" X 13", install chimney crown and clean and dispose debris. Location: Sector Field Office Moriches 100 Moriches Island Rd East Moriches, NY 11940-1315 Notification of Start and Completion of Work: The Contractor shall notify Coast Guard once the parts are on hand and technicians are available for scheduling. Contract is to be completed 60 days after award. 03/07/2025 at 5:00 PM ET, Any questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing to Beverly.a.primm@uscg.mil
