Site work for a civil project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work for which consists of removing drinking water treatment residuals and grit from Lagoon No. 1, Cell A, and hauling to beneficial reuse sites, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the technical specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid All Questions pertaining to this Invitation For Bid must be submitted by Monday, May 12, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time via email to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov City of Columbus MBE/WBE Program: This project is subject to the requirements of the City's MBE/WBE Program. The MBE/WBE goal assigned to this project is 10.0%. CONTRACTOR may be prohibited access for a period of up to ten (10) working days on the site between September 1, 2025 and November 30, 2025 due to a pavement replacement project. Traffic routing may be modified at the CMTís request to coordinate with the work of other projects on site. The OWNER reserves the right to issue other construction, maintenance, or miscellaneous contracts from time to time. The OWNER reserves the right to change the Notice to Proceed Date. The CONTRACTOR shall become familiar with the scope of all existing, pending, and future contracts and shall coordinate its activities through the CMT. The City may perform other work at the site as necessary to maintain existing treatment works.
