Site work and new construction of a civil project in Aubrey, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Northeast Water Reclamation System Project expands the Doe Branch Water Reclamation Plant from 4 MGD to 12 MGD, with an estimated cost of $260 million. This project involves the construction of new structures and pipelines across three sites: Doe Branch WRP, Riverbend WWTP, and The Parallel Interceptor, with completion expected in September 2028. Designed and overseen by Carollo Engineers, Garver USA, and Freese and Nichols, the project is funded and led by the Upper Trinity Regional Water District and surrounding cities. A total of 13 bid packages will be released. As of July 7, 2025, this project is under construction. The last two bid packages (DB5 &DB6) are currently out for bid.
