Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project will extend existing shared use path to improve pedestrian access by continuing the shared use path, as far as is feasible within the budget, along Braun Road from Tezel Road to Loop 1604. This will require reconstruction and adjustments to existing storm drain infrastructure. Construct a shared-use path on northside of Braun Road from Tezel Road to Northwest Loop 1604 within available funding. The City of San Antonio point of contact for this solicitation is Procurement Specialist II, Michelle Birch, michelle.birch@sanantonio.gov. Question Deadline 10/29/2025 at 4:00 PM CT. City reserves the right to delete line items prior to award.
