Additional work includes sanitary sewer manhole adjustments, miscellaneous storm sewer repairs, curb replacements and topsoil/aggregate shoulder stabilization. Contract No. 2 - Roadway preservation treatments including double aggregate chip seal and ultra thin bonded wearing courses. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to East Pennsboro Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that only Contract No. 1 is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
