The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The Contractor shall provide all management, manpower, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide headstone maintenance services at the Ohio Western National Cemetery in accordance with the attached Scope of Work.
