All work included in the contract will have a substantial completion date of August 1, 2025 with a final completion date of August 8, 2025. Question Deadline 03/12/2025 Direct questions to Chris Johnson, telephone: 701-478-6336 Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of bids. bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the bidder's bid be accepted and the contract be awarded to the bidder, the bidder, within ten (10) days after notice of award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bidder's bid and a contractor's bond as required by law and the regulations and determi nations of the West Fargo School District. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment Bond in the full amount of their contract. The West Fargo School District reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the day fixed for the opening of the bids, and the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
