This negotiable request for proposal (NRFP) is an invitation by the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (the "NSLC") to obtain proposals from qualified vendors to provide Construction Management for Services and Construction for a new retail location in Dartmouth Crossing, 45 Lemlair Row, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The intent of this NRFP is to engage a qualified and experienced General Contracting Firm in the role of Construction Manager (CM) to successfully perform the construction management services and work for the NSLC to fit up its flagship retail store in Dartmouth Crossing, Nova Scotia.
