The Project generally involves removal of the existing concrete pavement and rolled curb (approximately 28 feet wide by 450 feet long) on the Katherine Ct residential roadway. New permeable interlocking concrete pavement (PICP) will be installed on the roadway along with 2 concrete cut-off walls at each end of Katherine Ct. The scope of work will also include the installation of 4 ADA curb ramps. The Contractor's Faithful Performance Bond shall be for 100% of the contract amount. The Contractor's Payment Bond shall be for 100% of the contract amount. Pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in Public Contracts Code Section 22300, the contractor may substitute certain securities for any money withheld by City as retention to ensure contractor's performance under the contract.
