As of May 15, 2025 this project was awarded to Ulland Brothers Inc. in the amount of $1,581,501.53. 14th Ave/ 139th Street/ 345th Ave Reconstruction The Work Includes the Following Major Items: Remove Bituminous Pavement 14571 Sq Yd Excavation - Common 10901 Cu Yd Aggregate Base (Cv) Class 5 10562 Cu Yd Full Depth Reclamation 3335 Sq Yd Type Sp 12.5 Wear Course Mix (3,c) 5081 Ton Type Sp 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (3,c) 3634 Ton 15" Cs Pipe Culvert 369 Lin Ft Sign Panels Type C 199.06 Sq Ft Silt Fence; Type Ms 5600 Lin Ft Sediment Control Log Type Wood Chip 5200 Lin Ft Rolled Erosion Prevention Category 20 5590 Sq Yd Seeding 5.78 Acre 4" Solid Line Paint 16120 Lin Ft 8" Pvc Watermain (Directional Drilled) 195 Lin Ft Watermain Fittings 105 Pound Each bid must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Waseca County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. Upon execution of the Contract, bid bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders within 30 days of the opening of the bids. A Performance Bond payable to Waseca County, in the full amount of the bid, shall be furnished by the successful bidder.
