Reference Number 0000377745 Warren County (County) is seeking unit price bids for furnishing and delivering bituminous concrete (aka asphalt) in accordance with the requirements contained herein. Bidders shall submit unit pricing as follows: Schedule 1: Furnish Bituminous Concrete Free on Board (FOB) Vendor's Plant(s) Vendor shall furnish asphalt mix specified at the time of order FOB vendor's plant to County (or other municipal subdivision) provided trucks. Schedule 2: Delivery Cost per Ton of Bituminous Concrete Vendor shall deliver the asphalt mix specified at the time of order to the designated project area with Vendor supplied trucks. The unit price submitted in Schedule 2 shall be the delivery cost per ton of asphalt only. The cost to furnish the specified asphalt material shall be paid in accordance with the accepted unit prices in Schedule 1.
