Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Replacement of the existing septic system and repaving of the driveway and parking lot at the Water District office. The work will include some miscellaneous drainage and electrical improvements All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Board of Water Commissioners at the above-referenced address, with a clear notation thereon: Bids for Septic System Replacement and Parking Lot Repaving Project. Sign and pay Town of Lynnfield fee for the septic system permit. Removal of the existing wastewater disposal system and replacement with a new subsurface septic disposal system complete as shown on the plan prepared by LJR Engineering, Inc., dated June 24, 2019, and revised October 1, 2024. A copy of the plan is attached. Repaving of the driveway and parking area of the District office, including, but not limited to: Removal and disposal of existing pavement and subbase. o New 4-inch Schedule 40 PVC drain pipes to connect current and future downspouts to the existing drainage structure in the parking lot. Cut into the sidewall of the existing drainage structure for the new pipes, and mortar around pipes as required. o New 1-inch RGS electrical conduit running from the garage to the shed in the rear of the parking lot. Turn up conduit at both ends and plug for future use. Install in a sand bedding, with 18-inches of cover. Install with pull string. Minimum 6-inches of compacted gravel subbase. Two and one-half inches of binder course pavement and 1-1/2-inches of top course pavement. Loam (6-inches) and seed all existing grassed areas. Mulch (6-inches) areas not paved or grassed. Repair stone wall at end of driveway. Shop drawings for all components of the project shall be submitted to the District for review and approval prior to installation. Assist Owner with the preparation of as-built drawings.
