Ontario School District 8C (Owner) is soliciting bids for a kitchen renovation and walk-in cooler/freezer addition to the May Roberts Elementary School located at 590 NW 8th Street, Ontario, Oregon 97914. Owner and the Architect reserve the right to postpone answers to any questions raised during the Pre-Bid Meeting until an addendum is issued. Oral explanations provided by Owner or Architect during this meeting are not binding until they are placed in a written addendum to the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids.
