Background The parish requests a contractor to improve the turning radius at the first part of the s-curve by installing subsurface drainage, catch basins, patching and shoulder material as specified. Scope of Work/Services The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to improve the turning radius at the first part of the s-curve by installing subsurface drainage, catch basins, patching and shoulder material along Sycamore Dr (R07E033) located in Lacombe, LA., as specified. The contract shall not be in force or binding upon the Parish until such satisfactory bond has been provided to and approved by the Parish. The cost of the bond shall be paid by the Contractor.
