TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an engineering professional consulting for Following an official cancellation of the previously issued tender for the general contractor 1004175/20051649 the owner has decided to proceed with the project construction and awarded, following the invited solicitation 45104701/20092548 an engineering professional consulting firm Complexe de la Gare Centrale 2 S.E.C. for the revision of the previously established plans and specifications of the project. Revision of the project design is underway. Timelines of further project development are being finalized. Further update in spring/summer 2026.
