New construction will include new structural steel, miscellaneous framing, new exterior walls, new foundation and track for new hangar door, and new hangar door. All requirements of project are to remove existing and replace with a new fully functioning bi-parting hangar door that is approximately 60'-0" wide by 18'-0" (exact height and width to be field verified). Time of Construction: 90 Calendar Days beginning upon arrival of hangar door equipment on site.
