Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Mashpee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project involves construction of upgrades to increase average daily flow from 120,000 gpd to 240,000 gpd for an existing wastewater treatment facility, or Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). The facility includes primary treatment, secondary treatment and nutrient removal. The WRRF upgrade includes:-Influent Pumping Station - adding pump-MBR treatment - add equipment for the second of four treatment trains:-MBR units-Blowers-Sludge Pumps-Process Pumps-An additional Sludge storage tank-A new Administration Building-HVAC and plumbing-Architectural work-Electrical work to support new equipment and new building-Instrumentation, Controls and SCADA upgrades-Four new open sand beds-Civil / Site work including roads, site drainage, and stormwater treatment Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Separate Sealed Bids Will Be Received for the Following: General Construction Sewage and Water Treatment Plants; Masonry; Acoustical Tile; Metal Windows; Resilient Flooring; Tile; Waterproofing, Dampproofing, and Caulking; Roofing and Flashing; Painting; Fire Protection; Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning; Plumbing; Electrical and Instrumentation. The Work Consists of the Construction of Upgrades to a Water Reclamation Facility Including the Addition of Equipment and Associated Electrical Equipment, Concrete Structures, and Underground Piping Contractor to Achieve Substantial Completion and 790 Calendar Days to Achieve Final Completion. The Work Also Includes Construction of a Single-story 3200 Sf Administration Building Which Houses Office Space, Meeting Rooms, Lunch/kitchen Room, and a Laboratory. The Administration Building Must Be Substantially Complete by May 30, 2026 to Allow for Full Occupation by June 30, 2026. . The Town of Mashpee Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids. Bidders Are Required to Certify, Under Penalty of Perjury, That Bids Have Been Prepared Without Collusion With Other Bidders, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Etc. This Certification is Included With the Bid Form and Each Bidder Must Sign in the Space Provided. The Project is to Be Funded in Part by the Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust (the ""Trust""). The Project Requires Compliance With the Department of Environmental Protection's Diesel Retrofit Program. Mashpee Phase 2 Water Resource Recovery Facility Upgrades. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (Dbe) Goals Are Applicable to the Total Dollars Paid to the Construction Contract. The Goals for This Project Are a Minimum of 4.20 Percent D/mbe Participation and 4.50 Percent D/wbe Participation by Certified Dbes. The Two Low Bidders Shall Submit Completed Dbe Forms (Eeo-dep-190c & Eeo-dep-191c and the Dbe Certification of United States Citizenship Form) by the Close of Business on the Third Business Day After Bid Opening.
