Site work and paving for a road / highway in Miltona, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
City of Miltona 2025 Street Improvements Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids must be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bidder's bond acceptable to the Owner in an amount of at least five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid, payable without condition to the Owner. If the successful Bidder fails to enter into a contract or to give bond as required by law within the specified number of days after the award of the contract; certified check or bidder's bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. Major Contract items include the following approximate quantities: Reclaim Bituminous Surface: 5,200 SY Bituminous Mix: 1,100 Ton Adjust Manhole Structure: 3 EA Remove & Replace MH Structure: 1 EA The Work will be substantially complete on or before July 3, 2025, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before July 11, 2025. The date by which Substantial Completion must be achieved is August 29, 2025, and the date by which readiness for final payment must be achieved is September 12, 2025. Question deadline- March 7, 2025 Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be purchased for $50.00 (non-refundable) from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above.
