Pursuant to Sec. 38.38 of the Purchasing Code of the City of Springfield, Il, and ILCS 5/5-1022 notice is hereby given that the City and Sangamon County will receive sealed competitive proposals from vendors for: RFP UW25-58 Energy Efficiency Upgrades .. Question Deadline 03/17/2025 at 12:00 PM CT All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted directly in the City of Springfield Vendor Bids Portal Proposals will be opened at the above specified time and date in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Center West. No proposals will be accepted subsequent to the preceding time and date. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Certified Female and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals for this project.
