City of International Falls nor the CMAR intends to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation, or to otherwise pay for information solicited herein. Rehabilitation of the existing Water Treatment Facility will consist of replacing the existing filters and media, replacing the chemical feed equipment, pump and equipment replacements, upgrades to pumping and water treatment plant equipment, improving the SCADA system, and miscellaneous site and building improvements.
