Renovation of a medical facility in Union Gap, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
the need for materials and work for construction that conforms to all applicable public works requirements including the requirement to pay prevailing wages. The project consists of tenant improvements to their existing building to combine clinical functions in a single area, improve staff circulation, and to create spaces that better support staff communication and collaboration. Bids and Bid Bond shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Contract Documents. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid after the date and time set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days. The Yakima Health District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities.
