Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monroe, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; stadium; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Fairview encourages the participation of minority and historically underutilized business enterprises. The Town of Fairview, North Carolina, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The Work consists of the following: Construction and/or installation including project management, coordination, scheduling, staking & technical layout, site clearing & grubbing, selective demolition, erosion control, earthwork (mass grading and fine grading), storm drainage, concrete pavement, gravel pavement, landscaping and ancillary site work as illustrated in the contract documents. Bidders shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their respective trades and will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations and those attached to and made a part of the proposal. Contractors must contact Civil Engineer directly for plans and specifications. Substantial completion: 75 days from Notice to Proceed.
