Optional section - Modification of CPR-3 chamber (air trap chamber), located on avenue Arnaud. The successful bidder shall supply all labor, materials and equipment required to perform the work, all in accordance with the clauses of this call for tenders. Without limitation, the main work covered is as follows: - Traffic management and maintenance; - Excavation and demolition of existing structures; - Excavation and backfilling of foundation; - Construction of new sidewalks (concrete and interlocking pavers) and curbs (granite and precast concrete); - Surface preparation for paving; - Installation of asphalt paving; - Pavement marking; - Addition of drinking water infrastructure (valve); - Addition of drainage infrastructure (catch basins); - Addition of vent and watertight cover (CPR-3 chamber); - Construction of new reinforced concrete stairs; - Relocation of existing lampposts; - Cleaning and restoration of the site. The contract also covers all related work required to complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications.
