The work includes the partial reconstruction of a masonry retaining wall and improvements to the drainage of the nearby park, as well as all related work required to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications, such as the removal and reinstallation of lampposts. All this work must be carried out in accordance with the rules of the trade in order to provide the City with a complete, top-quality structure.
