Site work and paving for a civil project in Winchester, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The full scope of work is prescribed in detail in the attached tender documents. Without limiting the specifics of these requirements, the work generally consists of: Wellfield No. 7: .1 Removal of existing well pumps and identified electrical/control equipment. .2 Installation of new pumps and electrical/control equipment. .3 Miscellaneous sitework and connections. Wellfield No. 8: .1 Construction of a new building ("Wellfield No. 8 Disinfection Building") with concrete foundation to house process piping, electrical equipment, instrumentation, control panels, and chemical storage and dosing equipment. .2 Supply and installation of well pumps and pitless adapters within Well 8A and Well 8B. .3 Supply and installation of new hydrant and valves on transmission main. .4 Supply and installation of buried watermain piping between the wells and new building, and between the new building and transmission main along Lafleur Road. .5 Supply and installation of a new standby diesel generator complete with load bank. .6 Supply and installation of buried piping for overland discharge of process water. .7 Supply and installation of buried conduits to provide power and controls to the site. .8 Installation of concrete housekeeping pads and apron slab. .9 Installation of chain-link fencing and gates. .10 Construction of new access road and granular driving surface. .11 General site grading and other miscellaneous works. The sites for the drinking water supply system works are located as follows: .1 Wellfield No. 7, located on Thompson Road in Winchester, Ontario. .2 Wellfield No. 8, located on Lafleur Road in Winchester, Ontario. The Contract Time will be from April 10, 2025, and shall have the works Ready-For-Takeover by December 31, 2025.
