Bidder's Proof of Responsibility for 2025 is required on all bids. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified cashier's check or bid bond made payable to the Village of Menomonee Falls in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. Bids and proposals must be sealed and addressed to the Village Board of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. There shall appear on the envelope of each bid and proposal, the name and address of the bidder and the purpose for which the proposal is intended. No proposal will be considered which is not made out on the regular forms furnished by the Village.
