This request is for the mowing and maintenance of the 3 Village of Oak Hill cemeteries: C.M. Cemetery located on State Route 279 West, Congregational Cemetery located on South Bingham Street, and United Brethren Cemetery located on North Bingham Street. Mowing services will be required from approximately April to November of 2025. During this time frame, the cemeteries should be mowed every 7 days with a 3 day grace period forwards or backwards for inclement weather. Services are to include trimming along headstones, ditches and fence lines in addition to mowing each property. Submitted proposal must state cost for each cemetery individually. Submitted proposal must include a current copy of the contractor's liability insurance declaration page and Bureau of Worker's Compensation coverage certificate. Additional specification questions may be sent to susan45656@yahoo.com or by calling 740- 682-6301 No contractor/vendor may withdraw his/her proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All proposals shall be properly signed by an authorized representative of the contractor/vendor. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and waive any irregularities in any proposal and to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the owner. Quantities may be adjusted to meet budget.
