Janitorial Services for Maxey Flats Disposal - Fleming Co. Questions shall be submitted via email to Brittany.Bratcher@ky.gov by 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time on February 21, 2025. No questions shall be accepted after the deadline. Oral questions shall not be accepted at any time. The Commonwealth will respond to salient questions in writing by issuing an Addendum to the Solicitation. The Addendum shall be posted February 28, 2025 to the Commonwealth's E-Procurement Page. Total Square Footage: 3,900 total SQ. FT. Period of Service: 04/01/2025 to 03/31/2026 with one optional year renewal. Termination of Contract: Either party may terminate the contract at any time for just cause, or either party may cancel this contract with thirty (30) days written notice. The agency reserves the right to modify this agreement for the addition or deletion of requirements deemed necessary by the agency with the mutual agreement of both parties; however modification will not result in the expenditures against this contract exceeding $20,000 per fiscal year.
