Question Acceptance Deadline - 2025/03/05 08:00:00 PM EST The Supplier has the sole responsibility for the timely receipt of a Proposal by CBC/Radio-Canada. The Proponent cannot transfer such responsibility to CBC/Radio-Canada. The MERX clock shall be used to determine the time of receipt of the Proposal, whether the time indicated on such clock is accurate or not. CBC/Radio-Canada retains the right to negotiate with Proponents on any procurement. 1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES: This RFSO aims to find qualified suppliers with consulting experience to assist the Property Asset Management (PAM) team in evaluating CBC/Radio-Canada's site operating systems. The following categories are referred to as service categories: Consultant on Operational Volume of Work Subject Matter Expertise - Property Condition & Specialist, Mechanical & Electrical Review Subject Matter Expert - Property electrical infrastructure strategic advisory to support CBC/Radio-Canada's transition to electric vehicle fleet. CBC/Radio-Canada is looking for partners who will help us maintain, define, and design initiatives that address our evolving operational needs. We seek expertise in areas such as building automation, HVAC, and mechanical and electrical systems to optimize energy performance and manage property assets effectively. Partners must be adaptable and capable of providing innovative solutions that align with the diverse requirements of our organization, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency in achieving our goals. The CBC/Radio-Canada Property Asset Management team also requires such consulting services as a means to find possible solutions and implement corrective measures. Corrective measures would remain unknown or undefined until feedback is provided by a Consultant. The situation would then be addressed based on the Consultant's report, forming part of the PAM team's due diligence when managing CBC/RC real estate assets.
