Joint Oil - 140,000 gallons of CRS-2PME-3M, delivered and applies by contractor at the direction of each township. Joint Line Painting - 522,720 LF 4" Double Yellow Center Line 105,600 LF 4" Single White Edge Line Proposed bidders hsall be PennDOT prequalified as per PennDOT specifications. All bidders must be in compliance with the CDL Program. All quantities are more or less Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $250.00 per calendar day. All proposals must be accompanied by a 10% bid bond or a certified check equal to 10% of the proposal amount. A performance bond; payment bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
