The services required and the various administrative procedures for obtaining the contract are described in greater detail in the tender documents. Please note that the awarding of the contract is subject to approval of the borrowing by-law by the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l'Habitation and to receipt of the subsidy from the Government of Quebec under the Quebec Water and Public Infrastructure Transfer Program (TECQ 2024-2028).
