Site work and paving for a civil project in Freeport, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Contractor shall install and furnish a new sanitary sewer lift station located at FM 1495 and 6th street, including wet well, pumps, valves, piping, electrical equipment, valve pad, driveway, fencing, and site grading. The existing lift station 1 will be decommissioned and abandoned. Approximately 3,496 linear feet of 8" wastewater and 1,315 linear feet of 10" wastewater will be installed via open cut and trenchless construction along FM 1495 to the proposed lift station site. Approximately 1,343 linear of 12" water will be installed along FM 1495 from 4th St. to 2nd St. via open cut and trenchless construction. An 8" water line extension will be constructed at 2nd St and Terminal Rd. to provide a future meter connection.
