The City of New Port Richey is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Disaster Recovery and Debris Removal Services. All offerors must be qualified and properly registered to provide professional disaster debris management services as appropriate. Responses will only be considered from those Offerors demonstrating the expertise and experience specified in this request. Question Deadline 03/20/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed, in writing, to the City of New Port Richey Public Works Department. Questions may be emailed to griskoa@cityofnewportrichey.org or faxed to (727) 841-4586. A single response addressing all questions will be emailed to all bidders of record that have submitted questions by: 4:00 p.m. on March 21, 2025. In accordance with Chapters 119.071 and 286.0113, Florida Statutes, only the names of the responding firms and the respective bid amounts will be read at the time of opening. Pursuant to Florida Statutes, sealed bids, proposals, or replies received by an agency pursuant to a competitive solicitation are exempt from public inspection until such time as the agency provides notice of an intended decision or until thirty (30) days after opening the bids, proposals, or replies, whichever is earlier. City of New Port Richey reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities or informalities. The terms contractor, consultant, and offeror included in this RFP are intended to refer to the same entity.
