Ansin Sports Complex Women's Restroom Flooring Repair The City of Miramar's Parks and Recreations Department is soliciting quotes from qualified Contractors to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment and permits, needed to repair the flooring in a restroom at the Ansin Sports Complex. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City. Questions are due by Tuesday March 11, 2025. SCOPE OF WORK The successful Contractor shall: 1. Remove stall doors and side wall for the five (5) stalls in the restroom. 2. Remove the five (5) existing toilets. 3. Remove the existing flooring in the restroom to include mortar and thinset. 4. Remove the 4" tiles from the perimeter of the walls in order to facilitate epoxy cove base installation. 5. Mechanically grind floor with #1 diamonds to profile the concrete surface. 6. Reinstall the existing five (5) toilets. 7. Install new sealed epoxy flooring (Quartz floor similar to previously install). 8. Install 4" epoxy cove base. 9. Reinstall the side walls and stall doors. 10.Provide a detailed project timeline.
