Waste Disposal Service in Brownwood, Texas. Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is seeking bids for waste disposal services for its facility located in Brownwood, Texas. Bidders shall offer a unit price response for each line item in this bid. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees to comply with all Agency terms and conditions. These supersede any other terms and conditions issued by the bidder. GOVERNING LAW: Any contract resulting from this bid solicitation shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Texas. PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days upon receipt and acceptance of item or receipt of correct invoice, whichever is later. TERM OF SERVICE: Three (3) years from the date of award COMPLIANCE: Services are to be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and statutes governing waste disposal. INSURANCE: The awarded vendor must provide a copy of their current certificate of insurance, showing the Agency as an additional insured (see exact wording necessary in bold in the Insurance Requirements attachment), before service can be performed. See attached insurance requirements for complete details. In determining what is the best value to the Agency, the Agency shall consider any or all of the following: o Purchase price o The reputation of the vendor and the vendor's goods or services. o The quality of the vendor's goods or services. o The extent to which the goods or services meet the agency's needs. o The vendor's past relationship with the Agency. o The total long-term cost to the Agency in acquiring the vendor's good or services. o The length and coverage of the vendor's warranty. o The delivery time.
