Scope of Services Multiple firms will be selected to provide environmental compliance and sustainability consulting expertise. Teams will be led by a single prime firm and include subconsultant(s) as needed. Primes proposing should include information about their entire proposed firm or team, as well as their MWSB/DBE participation. Specific task assignments are expected to vary depending on the Authority's needs. The below list is meant to be helpful for proposed Teams to understand what types of work could be asked of them if selected and awarded the consulting services agreement, and to help Teams understand where to demonstrate their expertise. MWSB Workshop & Pre-Submittal Conference: 11:00 AM, February 25, 2025 Deadline for Submitting Questions: 4:00 p.m., March 7, 2025 Response to Questions Addendum 4:00 p.m., March 14, 2025 Consultant Selection Interviews (If Necessary): May 2025 Recommendation to Authority CEO/Board: June 2025 Award Services Agreement: June 2025 The Authority and the selected prime firm(s) will enter into an Agreement for provisions of the services as described herein. The draft form of agreement is included and the Agreement represents a five (5) year term commencing from the award of the agreement. Submit one (1) original and one (1) electronic copy (in pdf format on a flash or thumb drive) of the SOQ. Printed SOQs shall be bound and in 8-1/2-inch by 11-inch format with information organized as indicated hereinafter. SOQs shall be limited to one hundred (100) 8 1/2 " x 11" pages (50 pages if printed front and back), not including cover, table of contents, and resumes (11" x 17" Z-fold pages may be used when necessary and will count as two pages). SOQs shall be written in Times News Roman in 12-point font size. The information contained in the SOQs shall be organized as indicated hereinafter.
