Scope Perform landscape architectural consulting services through a Task Order Contract for the City of Houston General Services Department, Design and Construction Division. Services may include, but are not limited to, the following: facilitating all phases of a project from predesign through construction completion, contract documents, including drawings and specifications, project management acting on the Citys behalf, scope development, project scheduling, construction/repair cost estimating, and contract administration.
