Bowling Green: 400 East Main Street, Suite 300, Bowling Green, Kentucky 42101 Fort Knox: 26 Pershing Drive, Building 1379, Fort Knox, Kentucky 40121 Refer to the Statement of Work in Section 1.3 on Pages 5-12 of this RFQ solicitation that covers two (2) facility locations. Refer to the Submission Instructions and Checklist in Section 2.8 on Pages 17-24 of this RFQ solicitation. Refer to the Evaluation Plan and Factors in Section 2.9 on Pages 24-28 of this RFQ solicitation. Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, materials, transportation, software, apparatus, tools, equipment, services, and supervision necessary to perform the Physical Access Control System installation at the Bowling Green, Kentucky, out-based facility, and the Panic Alarm System installation at the Fort Knox, Kentucky, out-based facility. This project, covering both facilities, shall be performed and completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 238220 with a small business size standard of $19 million. In accordance with Public Law (P.L.) 109-461, this acquisition is a total set-aside (100%) for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). For further information and submission instructions, refer to Section 2.8 of this Solicitation. The subject line of any RFI e-mail correspondence for this project must read as follows: 'PACS and Panic Alarm Installations (327) - Requests for Information'. The submission due date and time for receipt of RFIs is Monday, March 17, 2025 by 3:00 pm EST. No late RFIs will be accepted or considered. The period of performance for this project will be ninety (90) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) that includes document submissions, performance, and completion of all services incorporated in this Statement of Work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
