This includes but is not limited to raising curbs, extending all electrical and disconnects, plumbing, gas, and new low voltage to reach the new curb height. Replacement of the roof mounted duct work with "Thermaduct" or similar product. Replacement of other equipment per plans and specifications. Connection of all units back to the Carrier I-Vu system and confirmation of successful operations and control. PLEASE NOTE: This project will be in conjunction with a selective Roof replacement project. All phasing, work and mobilizations will be coordinated by the Contractor completing the HVAC replacement project and the chosen contractor will need to work closely with the other project lead.
