Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Menands, New York. Design plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project work includes: Replacing two boilers that are over 30-years-old with new condensing boilers, pumps and system Replacing remaining vintage ventilators Replacing deteriorating piping Adding air conditioning to the Middle School and remaining Primary School classrooms (Intermediate classrooms were captured in the last building project) Replacing water heaters and storage tank with a condensing DWH system Renovating restrooms near the cafeteria Adding two-tier lockers for 5th-grade students Replacing the 1,540 square-foot floor on the stage Replacing 2,000 square feet of suspended ceilings in the hallways Replacing windows that are faulty and allow for air leakage and condensation Installing additional lighting to the exterior of the school and replacing existing lights Renovating locker rooms to accommodate physical and occupational therapy Adding emergency lighting and replacing signage Replacing exterior doors on the lower level Adding fencing around the primary playground As of May 29, 2025, this project is in the design phase. The capital project has been approved. An architect has been selected for the project. Bidding is estimated to take place in 2026.
